3.Payment policy
ACE Home Center currently has the following payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery (COD): Receive goods and pay directly to the delivery staff. (Only applicable for orders with a total value of VND 10,000,000 or less)

- Online payment via Momo (payment via Momo App/Momo E-wallet or ATM card, Debit Card etc) (free payment): To use this payment method, your bank account needs to register for Internet Banking service with the bank. ACE Home Center currently supports payments for most banks in Vietnam.
***Note: ACE Home Center does not support payment via cards issued at foreign banks. ACE Home Center is sorry to cancel the order and refund the payment to the account you paid.
4.Delivery policy
ACE Home Center currently has two types of shipping fees as follows:
- Customers pay shipping fee according to the service price for orders below 2,000,000VND.
- Free shipping for orders above 2,000,000VND
5. Delivery time
_Delivery time depends on whether you choose Standard or Fast delivery and depends on the distance and city you live in compared to ACE Home Center.
_This period is of a relative nature, excluding force majeure (natural disasters, storms, floods, …)
- Standard Delivery: From 5 to 7 days,
- Fast Delivery: From 1 to 3 days
