You can order online at ACE Home Center website: https://www.acehomecentershop.com/ through 8 basic ordering steps.
Please refer to the detailed information on each order step as follows:
1. Search products
You can find products in 2 ways:
- Type the product name into the search bar
- Search by category
2. Add products to cart:
Once you have found the product you want, please click on the image or product name to access the detail page of that product, then:
- Check product information: price, promotion information, product details.
- Select the desired quantity.
- Add product to cart.
3. Check cart and place an order.
Adjust the quantity and update the shopping cart in View Shopping Cart
Click “Pay” to start ordering. You can place different products in 1 cart into 1 order, the products in the shopping cart will be packed into 1 package and delivered to your registered address.
Once you have placed the first item in your order, please follow the steps below to add other products to your shopping cart:
Select the ACE Home Center logo to return to the home page or search for product on the toolbar.
Add products to your cart by choosing quantity and “Buy” options.
*This process can be repeated until you have finished putting all items in your shopping cart*.
After you have all the items you need to place in your shopping cart, please continue to the following steps to order.
Please login with an existing ACE Home Center account or log in via Facebook/Google. In case you have not registered an account, you can choose “Create an account” to register an account at ACE Home Center.
Once completed, you can click on “Create an account” to complete the registration process.
4. Fill in the shipping address
Please add the address and delivery information in this section. Otherwise, the delivery address will be automatically taken from your registered account.
5. Choose a shipping method:
ACE Home Center cooperates with GHTK to deliver goods to customers.
ACE Home Center currently has two types of shipping fees as follows:

- Customers pay shipping fee according to the service price for orders below 2,000,000VND.

- Free shipping for orders above 2,000,000VND.
6. Choose payment method and “order”
ACE Home Center currently has the following payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery (COD): Receive goods and pay directly to the delivery staff. (Only applicable for orders with a total value of VND 10,000,000 or less)

- Online payment via Momo (payment via Momo App/Momo E-wallet or ATM card, Debit Card etc) (free payment): To use this payment method, your bank account needs to register for Internet Banking service with the bank. ACE Home Center currently supports payments for most banks in Vietnam.
After completing the process of choosing payment method, please check the following information: VAT invoice issuance (if any), delivery address, promotional price, total amount.
If the above information is correct, please click “Order”, the system will begin to create an order based on the information you have registered.
7. Check and confirm order
After completing all the order steps, the system will send you an order number and notice of the expected delivery time, you can check your order by clicking on “My orders”.
8. Track order status
Once your order is placed successfully, you can track your order’s processing and shipping progress via email.
